Any report on the results of animal studies must include sufficientinformation on the animals used and their conditions of husbandryto enable the reader to understand how the investigation wasperformed. Only then can he properly interpret the findings.These guide-lines provide a catalogue of the minimum informationwhich should be included in such reports.
